What we collect, what we don't.

• Email address and Clerk-issued user ID
• Display name, username, profile photo (if you upload one)
• Date of birth (used to compute age bracket — DOB itself is private)
• City, state, ZIP, optional home court
• Match results, ratings, rankings, crowns, decline counters
• Highlight URLs (we don't host the videos themselves)
• Push notification tokens for the devices you've signed in on

• Identity documents — Clerk handles ID verification. We see only the outcome (Verified / Rejected) and a timestamp.
• Payment information — we don't take payments yet.
• Precise location data outside of court check-ins.
• The bodies of any photos / videos posted on third-party platforms.

• Clerk — authentication and identity verification.
• Supabase — Postgres database and storage for profile/court photos.
• Vercel — web hosting and serverless functions.
• Resend — transactional email (witness magic links, verification approvals).
• Expo — mobile push notification delivery.

We collect a witness's email address when you submit a match result. We send them a one-time magic link to confirm or dispute the score. We retain the witness's email for the duration of the match confirmation flow and the audit log entry, then anonymize it from our active systems.

When you opt in to push, we store the Expo push token tied to your user. Tokens that fail with `DeviceNotRegistered` are pruned automatically. You can disable push from Settings → Push notifications at any time.

Players 12–17 are welcome but require a parent or legal guardian's consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 12. If you believe we've inadvertently collected such data, contact us and we'll remove it.

You can edit your profile, change your photo, and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, highlights, and rating history within 30 days. Match records that involve other players (and the audit logs that reference them) may be retained in anonymized form for ladder integrity.
