How it works
Clerk handles the ID check. They keep the documents. We only see the outcome — Verified or Rejected — plus a timestamp. That's the whole PII footprint on our side.
Pick a specific player for a direct challenge (7-day TTL) or post an open callout to your court's board (48-hour TTL). First to accept gets it. Declines only count against you when the challenger is within ±200 rating.
Both players + a non-player witness confirm the final score. Matching AGREE from all three → VERIFIED. Any DISAGREE or score mismatch → our admin team reviews.
Modified-Elo engine. K=40 for your first 10 matches, then K=24. Streak bonuses at W3/W5/W7. +5 for road wins outside your home city. Every change writes to your history with a plain-English reason.
Top rated player at every court, neighborhood, and city wears a crown. Recomputed nightly. Lose one and both parties get the notification. City Feed knows.
